We would like to point out that this technically, only a request. Your reservation will only be valid after confirmation by our reservation department.

Reservation is possible with a deposit of 25% of the total amount; minimum € 100,00.
For reservations of 1-3 days, the provisions for a night.
In case of cancellation until 30 days before the date of arrival we will give you back the 100% of deposit; deducted expenses secretariat (€ 30.00)
In case of cancellation between the 30th and 15th days before the date of arrival we will give you back the 50% of deposit; deducted expenses secretariat (€ 30.00)
In case of cancellation between the 15th day and the date of arrival or in case of no-show: no refund.
The room is available from the 14 of the day of arrival and the check out time is at 10 .00
In case the date of your arrival not correspond to the foretell date or if you decide to leave before the foretell date you will be charged of the global amount of the rate.
